MOD X Northwest will focus on an emerging offsite modular industry and region, the Pacific Northwest. Three areas of modular construction: multi-family, hospitality and innovations will be explored to discuss how a particular ecology delivers, trains, and transitions to a new method of construction.

Day 1 will include a visit to Katerra's mass timber factory and a job site tour of the new Catalyst mass timber building in Spokane, WA. Day 2 will feature a job site tour of the citizenM Hotel and Cubix Othello multi-family modular project in Seattle, and Day 3 will conclude with and day long symposium that will bring together practitioners and thought leaders in the industry including Gensler, Mortenson, Jackson Main Architects, Katerra, and others.
