MOD X Northwest

MOD X Northwest will focus on an emerging offsite modular industry and region, the Pacific Northwest. Three areas of modular construction: multi-family, hospitality and innovations will be explored to discuss how a particular ecology delivers, trains, and transitions to a new method of construction.
Day 1 will include a visit to Katerra's mass timber factory and a job site tour of the new Catalyst mass timber building in Spokane, WA. Day 2 will feature a job site tour of the citizenM Hotel and Cubix Othello multi-family modular project in Seattle, and Day 3 will conclude with and day long symposium that will bring together practitioners and thought leaders in the industry including Gensler, Mortenson, Jackson Main Architects, Katerra, and others.
Registrants arrive in Spokane and provide their own ground transportation to the Davenport Hotel. (participants are responsible to book their own flights to Spokane and book their own room at the Historic Davenport).
Wednesday 5th - Innovators

3:00 pm Bus leaves for Spokane airport for 5:00 pm flight to Seattle (participants are responsible to book their own flights from Spokane to Seattle)
6:00 pm Flight arrives in Seattle, taxi/uber from airport to downtown (conference hotel is Marriott Renaissance - book your own room)
7:00 pm Dinner on your own
